	Guitar 101 - 440 Tuning Lesson - Ian August 27th 2008 8:53 This thread is about Guitar 101 - 440 Tuning Lesson video. Excellent Tod! Good series to start, next I would like to see DADGAD tuning, this has always interested me but don\'t know of any songs that are in this tuning.

Ian: DADGAD is an interesting tuning, I\'ve been using it alot lately, kind of learning it. Page used it quit a bit. Lots of fingerpickers use it also.

We seem to need some instructional videos in this area. I will defer the alternate tunings to someone more experienced than myself as I only use a couple alternatives for only a couple songs. If you or any member of the community would like to see a specific Beginner\'s lesson posted, please drop me an email by clicking through the Contact tab on the NLGTV home page and choose Editor, or use the Lesson Request area of the forum to request lessons. The Beginner\'s Lessons series is still in its developmental stage although input from our members is always welcome! Let us hear what you would like to learn. There are a lot of experienced guitarists registered at NLGTV who can help make your musical experience more enjoyable. Thanx.
