dude...so freaking over the top!!!...yes sir Troy comes into his own with this build series...i don't know what to talk about first...how super cool that amp is, the fact that your playing was awesome, that you slipped some Molley Hatchet in on us, that you actually have a backdrop in your vid, that you threw some priest in for us, this one is a major keeper(should have been on the show...lol) a great job by you and an even greater asset to our comunity. oh and btw that's the first time i've seen the parker with the spurzzels in it....excellent job my friend

Cool little amp. It's got some decent gain on it. I'd like a little more THUD on the palm muting but that's easily solvable by sticking a 'zone in front of it...

A 5-watt dynamo! And your playing versatility is amazing! I think I would enjoy playing some Hendrix wif you sometime... Great demo vid. Keep on rockin'.

Rick - the P-1 is the mellow amp that they have, there are 2 others modelled around this one. One is called the P-1 Extreme (not a word Ian) and there is also one called the P-1 High Octane. Both of these are higher gain versions. The P-1 is however very pedal friendly. I may have a demo of it with a DOD Corrosion upcoming .......
TeeGee - I purposely went with the lower gain amp so I could play around with a simple tube saturation setup. I was surprised there was as much crunch as there is. I was expecting alot more clean headroom. And I agree the Celestion speaker has cool sound when the gain and master volume are dimed, but I prefer the first speakers overall qualities better..... more of what I was looking for in the beginning.
Todd - Yeah I've had a shit eattin grin for a week er so now. And oh yeah a nasty case of amp build GAS. The question isnt when to try another one, its which version is next LOL I've looked long and hard at these amps and similar ones around. and from what I've found around the 5 watt range is that you can buy em cheaper than you can make em, but of course you dont get the satisfaction fo the build...... Once I get a few more under my belt I may take an order or 2, but I'm at the stage where if I build it and I like it, then I wouldnt be able to box it up n ship it, cus I'd wanna play it hehehe
