Closest I have come was the opening of the Broadway show Tommy, Pete Townsend was there in Toronto for the opening night and played guitar down in the pit for the performance IT WAS AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!

I\'ve also had the pleasure of seeing them live in \'98 or \'99 at Nissan Pavilion in Northern Virginia. They performed Quadrophenia that night. It was a great show! .

I loved the way Pete tuned his E string during the beginning of the song and then knocked the overhead drum mic, and hit Keith right between the eyes around the 1:30 mark. LOL Thats priceless !!! Nice find Scott of some early stuff.
